Professionally Designed Custom Closets

I met Tom Columbia at the NJ Home Show in Somerset. I was looking for a closet company to build a closet system for my in-laws, who had recently moved in with us and for whom we had built a large walk-in closet. I was impressed at how instead of a hard sell, he was genuinely interested in giving me what would best suit our needs, no more, no less. Throughout the process Tom was very responsive to calls and emails. I would recommend him as a professional who won't give you headaches with last-minute changes and excuses. We had a simple, one-day job and he didn't try to make like it was brain surgery - built it exactly like we wanted it and was done. If you have considered trying to go it alone with components from Ikea or Home Depot, or gotten lost in the options looking at stuff like California Closets, forget it. I would recommend The Tailored Closet without reservation.

Tom and his Installer Team were fantastic. I would highly recommend them for future work. They redid my master walk in closet and brought me many ideas I hadn't thought of before. He delivered on time and on budget and left the property clean and tidy. I decided I even wanted new lighting and paint done once I saw my new closet and Tom coordinated all of these extra projects for me too. I will be using them next for my pantry!

Tom Columbia was incredibly professional and customer-focused. We had 3 closets done in less than 3 weeks from design to installation!!! Tom provided us with options and was mindful of our budget. He showed up on time and completed the job in less than 1 day while ensuring that our house and bedrooms remained untouched. We never even knew that Tom and his crew were even in our house.
